Privacy
This page is about sevicare.com, the website you're reading. It is not about the SeviCare platform, where patient records live under a separate consent model — that's Security & Trust.
The short version
Anonymous measurement
Only if you agree. We ask once, and if you say no we don't ask again. It runs on our own servers, sets no cookies, and doesn't identify you from one day to the next.
Things you type
If you book a demo or join a list, we get what you typed — because that's how we reply. Nothing is collected from a form you don't submit.
There is no advertising on this site, no advertising trackers, and no third-party analytics service. We don't sell or rent anything you give us, and we don't share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Every part of this page — the text, the images, the fonts, the code — is served from our own machines. Your browser makes no request to anyone else while you read it, so no other company learns that you were here. That isn't only a policy: the site sends a rule to your browser that forbids loading anything from another company, so if someone ever added a tracker by mistake, your browser would refuse it.
Your choice
We ask once, on your first visit. Until you answer, nothing is recorded — and if you say no, that's the end of it. You can change your mind either way here or from the footer of any page, and it takes effect immediately.
We also honour the privacy signals your browser can send. If you have Global Privacy Control enabled, or Do Not Track set, we don't measure and we don't ask — you've already answered. Turning either on later overrides an earlier yes.
Because the setting is stored in your browser, clearing your site data resets it, and it doesn't follow you to another device or browser.
In detail
Recorded
Never recorded
The measurement runs on software we host ourselves, on our own infrastructure. No third-party analytics company receives traffic from this site. Instead of a cookie, a visit is grouped using a one-way code derived from your network address and browser, mixed with a secret that rotates every day — so yesterday's code cannot be matched to today's, by us or by anyone else.
We keep three months of it on the live site. Every month, anything older is moved into compressed long-term storage — and that copy is deleted after six months. Nothing here lasts beyond about ten months.
Forms
Your name, email and message. It's sent to our contact mailbox, and a person replies to you from there.
Your email address and which list it was — the membership waitlist, the kitchen-menus notice, or the newsletter. Nothing else.
In that mailbox, which is Microsoft 365. Microsoft handles the delivery; no other company is involved in the website's forms.
Want to be taken off a list, or have your enquiry deleted? Email contact@sevicare.com and say so — you don't need to explain why, and there's nothing to justify.
Server logs
Like any website, our servers write a line for each request: the network address it came from, the page requested, the time, and the browser's self-description. This is how we spot abuse, block attacks and work out why something broke — it isn't used to build a profile of you, and it isn't joined up with the measurement above or with anything you typed into a form.
These logs rotate automatically. Copies in our central logging system are deleted after 30 days.
Straight answers
Do you use cookies?
No. This website sets no cookies, and the question we ask about measurement is not a cookie banner — The only things stored in your browser are your own preferences — light or dark theme, the glass setting, and whether you've opted out of measurement. Those stay on your device and are never sent to us.
Do you sell my data?
No. We don't sell it, rent it, or hand it to advertisers or data brokers. There is no advertising on this site.
Which other companies are involved?
One: Microsoft, which carries the email when you send us a form. That's the whole list. Nothing else on this site — no fonts, no maps, no embedded video, no chat widget, no analytics service — comes from anyone but us. If that ever changes, this page changes with it.
Is this the same as my medical records?
No, and they're deliberately kept apart. This page covers the public website only. Health information inside the SeviCare platform sits in a separate system under its own consent controls — see Security & Trust. Filling in a form here does not create a health record.
What if I want a copy of what you hold, or want it deleted?
Email contact@sevicare.com. For the website that's a short list: whatever you sent us through a form. We'll tell you what we have and remove it if you'd rather we didn't.
Is this site for children?
No. sevicare.com is aimed at adults — patients, clinicians and food businesses — and we don't knowingly collect anything from children through it.
